The Centre Beaudesert has kicked off it’s 10th birthday year with a huge community celebration including the launch of the Scenic Rim’s 2017 arts program Living the Landscape.

The Centre in Beaudesert was opened on 26 February 2007 after a dynamic renovation by world-renowned Brisbane architects Cox Rayner. Concerts, balls, conventions, workshops, school holiday programs, meetings, lectures, movies and Arts Dinners are just some of the 4,967 events which have brought 204,103 people through the doors.

10th birthday celebrations will be held over the whole year but the first birthday cake was cut at the Arts Dinner on Tuesday 28 February when many people turned out to help blow out the candles.
